Benoit Audureau's ceramics are entirely made by hand, on a potter's wheel.
All Benoit Audureau tableware is suitable for food or decorative use. Fatty, acidic and colouring foods can colour, quiver and patina the enamel due to its mattness, but this does not compromise its solidity.
All of Benoit Audureau's ceramic dishes can be put in the dishwasher as well as in the microwave. Just avoid thermal shocks which could weaken the pieces.

Benoit Audureau's pieces are made from clays from brickyards or small potteries near his home in Anjou. Everything that is in the clay stays there, in order to allow these lands to reveal all their imperfections after they are fired.

When will I receive my order?
The shipping date of your order will depend on the availability of the parts you have ordered. Information regarding availability and shipping times are displayed above the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.
The parts can be:
Made to order in my workshop and shipped within 4 to 5 weeks from the date of your purchase. This allows me to manage and organize my production, firing and shipping in an optimal way. I only produce what I sell, which allows me to minimize costs and manufacture more sustainably.
In stock and shippable within 3 business days. These may be my samples, pieces with small defects or some pieces from the Tribe collection
Pre-order : These are usually collaborations with other ceramicists as part of the Tribe collection. Pre-orders are open until the date indicated under the product title. The ordered pieces are then made by the ceramicist and delivered to my studio. The estimated shipping date is indicated just above the add to cart button and varies depending on the production times of each ceramicist.
Orders are shipped by default in one go when all the ceramics are ready . If you want separate shipments depending on the availability dates of your pieces, you will have to order them separately.
Delivery times once your order has been shipped may vary depending on the carrier. Here are the generally observed times:
- France: 2 to 3 working days
- Europe 3 to 5 working days
- International: 7 to 9 working days
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
ARE THE PARTS SUITABLE FOR FOOD USE?
All the tableware pieces made by our ceramists are suitable for food use.
ARE CERAMICS DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE SAFE?
The ceramists' recommendations regarding the use and maintenance of their pieces are indicated in the description of each product sheet.
WILL MY ORDER BE WELL PACKAGED?
All orders are carefully packaged so that your parts are delivered to you intact. All packages are insured so that we can refund your order in case of loss or breakage. The packaging material is made from 100% biodegradable corn starch.
DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes! All packages are shipped from France. Deliveries are handled by Colissimo for France and Europe. For more distant destinations, we work with Colissimo and their local partners for single parcel shipments, and DHL or UPS for shipments of 2 or more packages. Please note that customs fees may apply for countries outside Europe. We are not responsible for these and they will be your responsibility.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment. This tracking link will also be available on the order confirmation page.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PARTS?
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return your purchase intact and unused within 14 days after receipt of your package (the delivery date indicated by the carrier is taken as proof).
Trades
If you wish to exchange your parts, I will first refund the returned parts and you can place a new order.
Terms
Whether it is a return or an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping and customs fees associated with returning an item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; Any merchandise arriving damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.
