Refund policy

You can return your items within 14 days after the date of delivery (declared by the shipper). If the return is due to another reason than damage caused by the initial shipment the client will have to pay for the return's shipping costs. Articles must be returned unused and in their original package. Any piece returned broken or with partial damage won't be refunded. Initial shipping costs won't be refunded.

If you ask for a refund because your items were damaged during shipping you will have to send pictures of them and the box within 48 hours after delivery to be able to get a refund.

I can also refund lost parcels, only when they are officially declared as such by the shipping company after investigation. You will need to notify me in case a parcel takes too long to arrive so that I can contact the shipper right away. They will then investigate the case, try to localize the parcel and declare it as lost if it was the case. This investigation can take up to 3 weeks. I will be able to proceed with the refund as soon as I get their official notification.
