When will I receive my order?

The shipping date of your order will depend on the availability of the pieces you’ve ordered. Availability and shipping time information is displayed above the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.

The pieces can be:

Made to order in my studio and shipped within 4 to 5 weeks from the date of your purchase. This allows me to manage and organize my production, firings, and shipments in the most efficient way. I only produce what I sell, helping me to minimize costs and manufacture more sustainably. Some pieces from the Tribe collection can also be made to order. Production times may vary depending on the ceramicists. Estimated shipping dates are indicated on each product page.

In stock and ready to ship within 3 business days. These could be sample pieces, items with minor defects, or certain pieces from the Tribe collection.

Orders are typically shipped once all the ceramics are ready. If you would like separate shipments based on the availability dates of your pieces, you will need to order them separately.

Shipping times after your order has been dispatched may vary depending on the carrier. Here are the typical delivery times:

  • France: 2 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days
  • International: 7 to 9 business days

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

How are my ceramics made?

I make each of my ceramics one by one, by hand, in my studio near Bordeaux, France. It takes me one to two weeks from the time I start working on a piece to the time it is finished. Check out my full makin process here .

Can I order a sample?

You can, if you wish, order a free sample of the finish of your choice to see the texture and appearance of my ceramics before placing an order. Samples are free and shipped within 3 business days. You only pay for the shipping costs. Orders are limited to one sample per finish.

Are my pieces suitable for food use?

All my stoneware dinnerware is suitable for food use. I use glazes that I make myself from natural raw materials and without any toxic ingredients.

Can my ceramics go in the dishwasher and microwave?

All my ceramic dinnerware can be put in the dishwasher as well as the microwave. Just avoid thermal shock which could weaken the parts.

Will my order be well packaged?

I pack your orders carefully so that your ceramics are delivered to you safely. All my parcels are insured so that I can refund your order in the event of loss or breakage. My packaging material is made from 100% biodegradable corn starch.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes ! All my parcels ship from France. Deliveries are handled by Colissimo for France and Europe. For more distant destinations I work with Colissimo and their local partners for single parcel shipments, and DHL or UPS for shipments of 2 or more parcels. Please note that additional customs fees may apply for countries outside Europe.

I can't place an order on your website site. What should I do ?

If you have trouble finalizing your order (refused payment, error message or other), please contact me by email: hello@eleaceramics.com specifying the problem you are encountering. I will get back to you as soon as possible to help you finalize your order.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment. This tracking link will also be available on the order confirmation page.

Can I exchange or return my pieces?

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return your unused and undamaged purchase within 14 days after receiving your package (the delivery date indicated by the carrier shall prevail).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your items, I will first refund the returned pieces so you can place a new order.

Conditions
Whether it's a return or an exchange, the shipping and customs fees associated with returning an item will be at your expense. The initial shipping fees will not be refunded. The returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that arrives damaged, chipped, or broken cannot be refunded.

There has been an issue with the shipment of my order. What can I do?

If you encounter an issue with the shipment of your order, please contact me via email at the following address: hello@eleaceramics.com. I will get back to you within 24 hours to find a solution.

If you wish to be refunded for a damaged item, you will need to send me photos of the item as well as the packaging within 48 hours of receiving your package.
