Shipping dates

The shipping date of your order will depend on the availability of the pieces you have ordered. Information regarding availability and shipping times is displayed above the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.

By default, orders are shipped once when all ceramics are ready. If you would like separate shipments based on the availability dates of your pieces, you will need to place separate orders.

All my parcels are shipped from France. Deliveries within France and Europe are handled by Colissimo. For more distant destinations, I use Colissimo and their local partners for single-parcel shipments, and DHL or UPS for shipments of two or more parcels. Customs fees may apply for countries outside of Europe. I am not responsible for these charges, and they will be at your expense.

Product Availability

There are different types of ceramics sold on my online store. They may be:

  • Made to order in my studio and shipped within 4 to 5 weeks from the date of your purchase. This allows me to manage and organize my production, firings, and shipments efficiently. I only produce what I sell, helping me minimize costs and manufacture more sustainably. Some pieces from the Tribe collection can also be made to order. Production times may vary depending on the ceramicists. Estimated shipping dates are indicated on each product page.

  • In stock and ready to ship within 3 business days.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Here are the usual delivery times:

  • France: 2 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days
  • International: 3 to 5 business days for DHL Express and UPS deliveries, 7 to 9 business days for standard deliveries

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping partner and destination country.

Orders Packing

I carefully pack your orders to ensure your pieces arrive intact. All my parcels are insured, so in the case of loss or damage, your order can be refunded. Please refer to my refund policy for more information.

 

 

  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before the payment stage, based on the delivery address you provide.

Please make sure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information. A mobile phone number and email address are required for delivery.
